Do I need to be home?
No. Leave the car where it's parked. You approve the unlock from your phone, and you get photos and a service report when the technician is done.
Does this keep my manufacturer warranty intact?
Yes. The work follows your manufacturer's schedule, uses OEM-grade parts and fluids, and every visit is logged — which is exactly what a warranty claim asks for.
What if my car is older than 2013?
You can still use Aperio. You'll book manually instead of the car booking itself — the visit is identical.
Which vehicles do you service?
Gas, diesel, hybrid and electric. Services adjust by powertrain; EVs skip oil and get a 12V battery health check. 2013-or-newer vehicles can link through 48+ OEM connected-car systems, so the car alerts us when service is due; older vehicles update mileage manually.
How fast can you come?
Usually within a few days; same-day is available in most cities depending on technician availability.
